My name is Elsie and I am a Nigelfreak. I love listening to Nigel, watching Nigel, talking to Nigel, talking about Nigel, reading about Nigel, writing about Nigel, and, above all, sharing Nigel.
What I want to share with you is my personal experience of Nigel and his music. For good, solid info about Nigel's discography, tour dates and more, I recommend that you go to emiclassics.co.uk, an excellent site you'll go back to again and again. I will try to keep you up to date with new CDs that are released and concert listings, but apart from that everything here is subjective.

Nigel's new CD, A Very Nice Album, is a 2-CD set of Nigel's original compositions and features the incredibly gifted Nigel Kennedy Quintet, aided and abetted by Xantoné Blacq and Chris Lung. In Kennedy Experiences, Camille, aged 14 years, tells us about her experience at Nigel's concert in Gstaad, Switzerland. It will delight you..........guaranteed ! Not only that, you can now read about Jasmine's experience at Shepherd's Bush in London. Not to be missed !

* My sincere apologies for not letting you know that Nigel would be playing at The London Jazz Festival on the opening night. It simply wasn't confirmed until the last minute. He played The Hills of Saturn and dedicated it to Esbjorn Svensson, the Swedish jazz pianist who died in a diving accident on June 14th at the heartbreakingly young age of forty four. Details in my December blog.
