Dec 11th, 3rd concert @ Babylon; its the first time i watch him live OMG, such an energy, such a talent the whole band was simply stunning, it was one the best gigs ever for me. Nigel has an incredible positive energy and immediately connects with the audience. I hope I get a chance to see/ listen to him each time he comes to Istanbul !!

It is a cold Istanbul December night...The 9th.. Nigel in Istanbul, again. To the fourth time... Maybe more.. But it was my third with his performances. The first was 26 years ago... Can you imagine Nigel 26 years ago.. Much younger, but same Nigel, never changed.. He had played that time Vivaldi with Istanbul State Symphony Orchester. Since ever I listen to him.. On Dec 9, after his great performance, I had the chance to spreak personally to him and reminding him to the good old time in Istanbul. He immediately remembered this concert and invited me to the "after concert party". It was great.... Great.. I wanted to share this with you..

It's true. Everybody's got a NK story. I was taken for my birthday years ago to the Barbican. He played the Beethoven and what struck me most was the two kinds of responses at the end. The serious musical types looked down their noses and clapped politely. Everybody else was standing on the chairs and whistling manically..
