I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, Jeremy. I will make a point of letting Nigel know about it.........IF I can manage to catch him on his travels in Australia ! I'm sure he will be anxious to express his regrets if his remarks caused any offence. I hope the music made up for them.

The so called management at the Royal theatre last night was dreadful. Totally inadequate catering compounded by completely stuffing up re-allocating a lot of seating. A lot of people already fuming over the delays that caused, didn't appreciate Mr Kennedy taking cheap shots at people he thought were late.

I am a huge Nigel Kennedy fan - thanks for a great, informative website!

nigel, i am the opposite of stoked that i checked my frigging email so late this night. got to the old convent, found a prime pozzie, took off my boots, pulled down my armwarmers, started settling in to ecstasise for the long haul like last year, only to hear what i thought was the first glissando sweetness you played actually turn out to be the last. i tried to die, but the willpower wasn't enough. so our f****d up laws in this country preclude us from having fun it seems. if only they knew the joy your energy brings us and how some of us feel we are in a wasteland of shite and you are abundant and honest and beautiful. maybe next year :-(((((( i'll be waiting.
